I Can't Keep Doubting Myself Anymore

Greetings Kings and Queens,

I have been a little down with everything that has been going on in the news.  Normally, I don't share my political views on my blog but #SandraBland hit too close to home with her age, sex, beliefs, and nationality.  It could've been me or any woman that may have brown skin and knows their rights.  I get emotional ever time I see her face or #sayhername, and to top it off #BobbiKristina has transitioned on.  I can't even look at pictures of #Bobbi or #BobbiandWhitney without crying.  Shoot, listening to #WhitneyHouston gets me emotional.  Ironically, that's one of her songs.  Rest in Power Queens.  Yes, I'm writing this post with a very heavy heart, but still encouraging you Not to Doubt Yourself Anymore......

Many times one may tell you that you can't do something, you'll never amount to anything, or you might even tell yourself that sometimes; I know I have been there once, twice, or more.  However, Mary J. Blige has always been one my musical rocks.  I could always count on one of her songs to relate to something I was going through; her music helped me throughout my life.  Her earlier music got me through some dark times in relationships, but as she matured so did her music and I.  I'm in my 30's now, and I'm still relating to Ms. Blige.  Especially with this most recent track, check it out with the lyrics (Doubt).......

With that being said, Moisturize Me samples are restocked and ready to go.  If you pay attention, inspiration is everywhere.  Practice makes perfect people so don't give up on your dreams.  You have too much to lose.

Work, even when you think no one is looking.  My mom and dad came over on different days and both said, "Wow, this is so professional!"  Of course I said, "Well, that's because I'm a professional, lol."  We joke and laugh all the time, but knowing I have their full support means everything to me.

Please remember no storm lasts forever, and you can really find yourself within that storm.  So, when it's over and you're out, you're shining like pure gold!  Until next time, be safe & stay blessed........Shauntay
